Nice but a bit too big for the petite 4

Nicely made dress except the cut of the upper body isn't right. Chest area and waist line are too buggy for petite 4 and arm openings are pretty big. I needed this dress for a dance dinner, so I guess it will work out but without dancing, arm openings are too large. Remember, this is P4 size! You could make it more form fitting by changing the breast area darts so the neck line doesn't look too loose. Other than that, for the price, it's very pretty.
