Gorgeous dress

I love this dress that can be used for the holidays and also a fun Art Deco cocktail party. It fits perfectly and is very comfortable.

Sizing is accurate but materials look cheap

Sizing is accurate but materials look cheap, and much cheaper looking in real life than in the photo.... In the photo it looks quite elegant but it's not the case in real life.. I returned it.

I ordered my usual size 4 and this was tight and it’s also long on a petite person.

No such size

I was extremely disappointed since I tried this dress on in the store and loved it, but it was snug. Online after looking at it several times it said it came in a larger size so I ordered it. When I received it, the tag said it was size 18, which I never wear, but I didn’t care. I wanted it to be a little less snug. I tried it on and it fit me exactly like the 16. I looked inside and the tag had several sizes on it UK Canada and the US. It was a size 16. On the outside of dress 18, on the inside of 16. So now I have to drive it all the way back to the store because it is the same size. Very frustrating.

Was never delivered

The worst experience ever with macys.com. I ordered it on November 29th for an event. The delivery date was delayed till December 4th but as I needed it for December 6th it was still working. Today it's December 10th and the dress hasn't been delivered yet. I called the customer service three times and asked for a refund. 24 hours passed after my call, no refund, no dress. And nobody knows what's going on with the package and the refund because the agent who was looking up the notes on my previous call couldn't figure out what's happening and what review has been done. Total mess. They promised to call me back but don't know when. So no dress and no money back.

Beautiful but run small

Beautiful beading and a well constructed dress. The 4 is because the dress seem to run smaller than expected.
