Dirty and damage

The dress si beautiful but is ridiculous that Macys sent you a dirty and damaged dress I have to return it very disappointing with Macys

perfect wedding dress

This dress was something I would have never picked. something drew me to it. I ordered a size larger than usual, based on the size measurements. it was perfect. The material was substantial and was well constructed. I received so many compliments on it from complete strangers.

Dress beautiful but Macy's sent damaged dress

The Dress itself is beautiful and very cute. Unfortunately, Macy's sent a dress that looked like it had been worn before and returned. The bows were not attached on one of the sides like it should have been and there was a rip near the bottom of the zipper. It turned out the dress was too big anyway so I returned it but that would have been very disappointing if it would have fit. I returned it and bought the same dress from another store (Macy's did not have the smaller size I needed). The dress from the other store and was pristine and beautiful.

Zipper broken

Horrible! This was my daughters 6th grade graduation dress. She put it on for 15 min before the zipper opened. This was 20 min before her graduation. I took it to a lady that said the zipper was defective and she sewed half of it. Half of the zipper bottom was broken. This was a disaster.
