Faulty Dress

I ordered the dress for my daughter's wedding, which was this past weekend. The dress ended up splitting on seams in multiple places (at least 5). I had to take the dress off during the wedding so someone could sew it back up in one spot because it was so apparent. It was NOT too tight, nor did it catch on anything. It was so incredibly embarrassing to have this happen. I was devastated and crying on the day of my daughter's wedding because this dress fell apart as I was wearing it. This is entirely unacceptable. I tried chatting with Macy's, and all I was given was a 25% off coupon. I expect more from Macy's.
