Watch Issues - Warranty information not available!

I purchased this watch on June 9, 2020. The watch is nice, and designed beautifully. I have tried to contact for warranty information. No information is available on site. The paperwork included in the watch package stated it has a 2 year Limited Warranty. The watch gold color has faded underneath and the clasp does not stay closed. This is so disappointing not to be able to follow up for warranty information. Call Macy's helpline and they were not able to give me any information either.
