Excellent product and support

Just took off one star for color. The platinum stainless model looks black. Otherwise excellent product. Excellent support. Very happy!

Awesome indoor garden so easy to grow anything

Love it! I’ve had it for almost 2 months. Followed all instructions and the basil started sprouting within a couple days. Two pods in my kit did not but they sent replacements as soon as I messaged them online. Super easy to use for someone like me who is terrible at gardening in soil & who forgets to water plants. I also live in the desert so you can’t have plants without watering regularly. It beeps to reminds you to add water and plant food. If power goes out it saves all your settings. Love having fresh herbs all the time. A+++

Buyer Beware

The trellis is poorly designed as is the water entry area. I received dried our pods that would never germinate and when I asked for replacements they were just as poor quality as the original ones.

Watts up!

Going from 30 (Elite) to 45 watts (Bounty) makes a huge difference! Can almost watch the basil grow. Water splashing sound is louder on the Bounty but I can deal with it.

Awesome system

This is my second Bounty Elite. I had to have flowers and vegies at the same time. Any of these systems would be fantastic but this one has 9 holes and gives room if you plant only 4 to 5 plugs.

Love it!

I absolutely love my Bounty Elite AeroGarden. There was a problem with the light on the second day but I called customer services and after troubleshooting, they sent me a new unit. It now works great and it made a wonderful addition to my AeroGarden small collection.
