None of my basil pods sprouted. I’m sure it’s user error somehow. But I don’t know what I’ve done differently. I’ve never had issues before.

One pod didn't grow
We have been growing and enjoying our pesto garden, but with this new shipment of basil, but for the first time, one never caught on and grew.

For the past 3 or 4 orders, 3 of the 6 pods have been duds. I'm beginning to wonder if there's a quality control department. I love basil, but I am so disappointed in your product.

We do test our seed pods for a 99% germination rate, but Mother Nature often has her own schedule. That's why we guarantee pod replacements for non-germinating seeds after 21-days planted. Got a bunch of duds.
I'd give 0 stars, but that's not an option. I've gotten many seed kits from you but this one is a total dud. Only 3 of the 9 Pods have sprouted after 20 days.

Disappointing
Only 4 of the 6 pods sprouted. It's disappointing, but this happens almost every time I try to start a new garden. I keep ordering because it's nice to have a few plants take hold but may reconsider next time.
