Light as air

I initially ordered my regular size which fit great. The material is light as air. Felt really great on. The cape fell just at a midge below waistline. Leading me to concerned about sitting and pulling it. Also where the sleeve cap and drape meet there is a slight pull. So I decided to order up to have the extra length of the drape to keep around the arms. The dress arrived just before I flew out to my event. When I got there and tried it on, it fit great. Gave me the extra material to avoid pulling the cape when sitting. HOWEVER, I COULDN’T WEAR THE DRESS DUE TO THE STORE SENSOR WAS STILL ATTACHED. I’m not sure if I’m upset at me or Macy’s. But the dress is very lightweight and it glitters just perfectly, dark navy. True to size, ordering up did not change the dress fit a lot due to the weight of the dress. But it did increase the cape length which is what I wanted bc my event was a formal sitting up and down type event.
