added bulk

I thought the ruching would narrow my waist but it actually added bulk and didn’t fit snug. I ordered a small, I’m 5’3.5”, 135 lbs, athletic - fairly straight shaped. this dress was not flattering on me but would likely look better on someone more curvaceous.
