never received item & no communication

I ordered an AirPods Pro case from this seller about a month ago (literally last year) & they have not shipped my item yet. I have contacted them many times & they refuse to make things right. I have not received any information as to why they haven’t shipped my package yet. We are about to enter a new month & they still have not reached out to me to ship my item or cancel my order. I just want to cancel my order at this point and they have not offered to help my at all and constantly ignore my concern. This was supposed to be a Christmas present.
