Runs very large and very long for a Petite size

I ordered 2 different sizes, just in case one didn't fit. I didn't want them to sell out. Turns out they run quite large, and I am having to order a smaller size. I just hope this smaller size is all a bit shorter. I do like the design, but the sizing may be a deal breaker.
