Delivery delay

This 1 star is for delivery delay. Why do you say delivery within 5 day when I order then now notify me delivery by dec 18th? Plus it's too late to cancel the order and this is a Christmas gift and I'm worried it won't arrive in time because I can't trust your dates when you say it will arrive. You really need to stick to the delivery dates you promise when order is made otherwise just be honest and say we dont know how long it will take. If I knew it would be this delayed I wouldn't have ordered it as a gift because your delivery can't be trusted.

Size problem

Nice sneaker but if you are an 81/2 like me you are out of luck .. for me 9 is too big and 8 is too small …
