We wanted a queen size comfortable sofa bed, so we chose this one mainly cause of it's great reviews. Honestly, salesperson were not very friendly but delivery was on time, clean and professional. The sofa looks nice however, it is sooooo firm and i find it the most uncomfortable sofa I've ever tried. We are using it in the living room and I have to remove the back cushions and replace with a bed pillow to sit comfortably with back support. We believe this Sofa does a better job used as a bed than a regular sofa. The mattress seems much better than other sofa beds. However, it is divided into three sections, so while sleeping you'll feel the spaces between the sections, and little movement in the first section cause its not firmly supported. The mattress is not perfect but I am hopping after adding a mattress topper maybe it would be good.

Sofa bed is difficult to work with
We purchased this specific couch as we needed a quality sofa bed for our guest bedroom. When purchasing I had asked the salesman if we would have a problem putting sheets on it. He said it would be no problem. We received the couch and while it is comfortable to sit on and aesthetically pleasing to look at, I am not able to put sheets on it. I am extremely disappointed as I would have definitely purchased a different model had I known this would be an issue.
High Quality Sleep Sofa
Searching for sleep sofa, Queen Size, to replace space with 2 beds found this one in store. Salesperson did a fine job explaining the features of this model vs others. After trying out the mattress (no springs) and functional design as well as seating comfort and styling, we selected this one in this color. Delivery was on time as promised. Delivery was quick, clean and professional. Sleep sofa fits great in the selected space and provides better functionality than the beds they replaced.
Best Sleep Sofa Ever
I vowed I would never buy a sleep sofa again until I saw this sofa bed. It is amazingly comfortable as both a sleeper and a sofa. It also is covered in a very attractive herringbone pattern microfiber material. I am very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend this sleeper.

Just what we were looking for, needed it for out of state friends that are going to be staying with us. In stock item, ordered it on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday! Just got it today so can't thoroughly review it yet, i will add to this review after our guests have slept on it. It looks great, appears well made, and is very comfortable to sit on, great support, like the flat armrests.

Just received my Queen Sofa Sleeper and just love it. Macy did a fantastic job from sale to delivery. There was a no pressure sales, just friendly demo and explanation of the quality of sofa. It is wonderfully comfortable without the sag and bars of my old one. The reminders of delivery and time slot was accurate. The 2 delivery men were efficient and considerate. The door of the room had to be taken off to ease the sofa in and the door was reinstalled by the guys. Everything was cleaned and after the demos of use of the sofa bed, the delivery was complete. LOVE, LOVE THIS SOFA BED
Full size queen bed in a compact size. The sofa is firm yet comfortable and my guest actually found the sofa bed more comfortable then the guest room bed. This is my second american leather sofa bed, I still have the first one from 12 years ago for my south Florida apartment. Two(2) of the best furniture purchases I ever made. The staff at Macy's Herald square were great and made the whole transaction enjoyable. Thank you Macy's.
Great Product, Delivery Requires Improvement
Great value for an American Leather sleeper. Its compact design provides a queen-size mattress with minimal wasted space. Did experience delivery issues, but Macy's customer service came through: cancelled delivery fee and ten percent off the overall price.
