Cute Bag on Website. Disaster when delivered.
Ordered this purse for my daughters Birthday. It arrived in an extremely large box, just the purse. No protection at all it had NO padding in or out of the purse, no plastic, no dust bag, no tags or labels. Clearly a used/previous returned item. The box got wet, because of the area it as left in so the purse got wet. I reached out to Macys via chat, and was told they would refund me and order a replacement purse. I was told the refund had been issued, After waiting I was told they were sold out. I would have to check back at a later date to see if they were restocked. I am totally done with Macys, seems to be one disappointment after another. She really wanted that purse so i am going to try and dry it out, maybe add some leather conditioner to it to see if it looks better. :( . Sending out clearly used merchandise shameful. Macys Need to do better, I believe they have just lost a great coustomer.
