Not like the other MOB gowns

I was looking for something unusual and this fit the bill! This gown is much prettier in person than the online photos. It has a lot of rose gold sparkle to the fabric and the is a lighter weight than it appears. The off the shoulder design hides upper arms but still looks modern. Fitted bodice and full shirt (with bonus pockets) is very flattering. Sizing is accurate, but gown is a little long and will need a hem (I'm 5'9").

Perfect for Mother of the Bride

This is absolutely the perfect dress for the Mother of the Bride. The bridal party wore sold bright pink and I felt a floral design would complement but not stand out too much. I had so many people telling me the dress looked like it was made just for me and it had a vintage look. The dress is mauve and rose gold and doesn't look like the picture. It's actually prettier and BONUS, it has pockets. A size 12 was perfect for me; it just needed to be hemmed. Very comfortable with the boning in the bodice and no slip needed. I would buy Alex Evenings dresses for any occasion at any time.

Flattering fit - measures true to those provided

This dress is absolutely perfect for my son’s wedding. The fabric is beautiful and the box pleating is very flattering at the waist and a bonus with side pockets! Unfortunately I needed a size smaller and had to return it (purchased the 12). However, I did find the 10 at a local department store! For reference, I’m 5’10” 155 and typically wear a 10 but since it wasn’t available, ordered the 12.
