tore at seam after 2 washes

Comfortable material, but fabric began to tear at seams with elastic waistband after a couple washes.

Only three in pack

My pack was delivered with a missing pair. I only received three in the pack. Macys rep set up a return. Shortly after I received a new full pack. I hadn’t returned the old ones so I figured Macys, being a large and very successful company decided as a courtesy to send me a new product and beings the value isn’t high, they didn’t want the defective item back. Boy was I wrong! I no longer have the packaging, but Macys insists these three underwear are returned. So, here I am, having to drive and drop off a package of a low value item. The underwear are nice, I do like them however, I am amazed at how terrible customer service is these days.

Alfani underwear

My husband decided to try Alfani brand of underwear, he likes the way they feel and fit. They wash well and don’t pill on the fabric. He’s say they are comfortable and the elastic is comfortable
