Won’t be doing that again

I purchased two red ties for a wedding and one of two ties that I received was obviously used. It arrived with a small tear, a stain, and wrinkled. It also shipped from Bespoke Fashion not Macys? Lesson learned on buying online from Macys and will not do that again.
