Beautiful but Uncomfortable

I am so disappointed in this purchase. They are beautiful; I tried them on a few times but the edges at the top dig into my ankles and the tops are surprisingly stiff for microfiber. I decided to return them, but I miss the return window by a week or so so I was out of luck..
