Dissapointed

I just received this item. they have scratches all over them. and zipper works very hard. it isn't going smooth when you try to zip and unzip it. I am so surprised because usually everything I get from Macy's is perfect! I am now trying to get ahold of customer service and it is extremely hard to do for some reason. I just hope this somehow can be fixed and another pair can be delivered to me in a timely manner. I am very sorry for giving it only 1 star...

Really nice boots !!

I got them in black ...well they are a little bit narrow when you put them on ... But let me tell you ones they are on they are amazing the look the comfort..... I extremely recommend them I actually bought the brown color as well

Hastily Purchase

it is tight and very bad side zipper , tremendously hard to open and close on Rt shoe and will soon break
