Shirt for MotherInLaw Arrived Dirty

Gift for family member arrived dirty. Guess they forgot to look to see if the item was clean. It has the tracks of being under the wheels of a cart or something all over the front. And I am just returning one with an ink tag that was attached. I expect better Macy's.
