Poor design

This is a beautiful blouse by Alfred Dunner. It fits well & the colors are lovely. Unfortunately, the material along the front of the neckline has not been cut and sewn correctly. The stitches were so close to the edge of the fabric that the material separated and the edging became frayed. This seems to be a design error, since I purchased (and returned) the same blouse in a petite as well as regular size & both had the same problem.
