Awful Quality. Ruined after one wash!

After one wash (with following the care guidelines), the following occurred: 1) Some of the white sections were stained by other colors in the shirt. 2) Decorative grommets fell off. 3) Fabric hole appeared in the middle of the back of the shirt. I never even got to wear it.
