Great for cutting rinds off citrus

Love this knife for cutting the rind off citrus for citrus in salads. Nothing quite works like it!!

Sharp! Great addition.

Im glad AC added this knife to its collection. It’s a little longer than the one i have, & very sharp!  You have to be really Caswell using this knife. I’m going to get those gloves that prevent your finger from getting cut, given that your thumb is susceptible  to getting cut

Cut like butter

I love it...nice it's so smooth and easy to cut with. The Curve just gives it a bonus, I used to cut my steak and it was so easy like one swipe and I was done.

This little knife is very good for cutting fruit and vegetables. Just be very careful because it’s super sharp. Perfect timing to use for the holiday dinner prep.

Sharp and well made

I received this knife free as a promotion through Influenster and I’m super happy I did. I’ve had block knifes and have been missing a nice curved paring knife. It’s a great weight, perfect curve and definitely a great addition to my kitchen cutlery collection. I used it to dice up a poblano the other day and it was perfect for getting the core and seeds out. Definitely want to add more of these to my kitchen.

Excellent paring knife

This is an excellent paring knife. The blade is sharp and the handle is small enough for easy maneuverability. This is great for cutting small items like peppers.

Has a purpose, just not one I have often

The knife is sharp and excellent quality; however the curve of the knife does not allow for my normal use. I tried using it to trim strawberries and ended up cutting myself. Not the kind of knife for me.
