10+ years and still working ... worth the investment

I bought mine in 2013/2014. I've had to replace the plugin in 2021. BUT this is the BEST skillet ever! It heats evenly from side to side. It's my go-to for so many recipes due to the volume it can hold. I don't put mine in the dishwasher because it takes up too much room, and it is really easy to clean. Even after all these years, the non-stick layer still works great. Of course, I do not use metal utensils in it. I've had numerous cheaper skillets that wouldn't cook evenly and would even warp after using them a few times! This is such a good investment for the money. The only unusual thing is that the light on the plugin comes on when you plug it into the socket, not when the skillet is in operation. I will probably need to buy another plugin soon.

do not recommend

I had to have the plug replaced within the first year under warranty. second plug melted in the inside within 10 months of occasional use. A fire hazard and expensive for how short it lasts.

Was great… until….

It was great- center of the island perfect sear great. Then less than 6 months in it started intermittently turning on and off with smoke coming from the plug. I called and they said I could send it back and they’d “see” if it was an equipment isssue. For the price I expected better service. Just a reminder that All clad is a stainless steel pot company not an electric components company.

The BEST Electric Fry Pan

I have had this electric fry pan for about three years. I love it. The WHOLE pan heats up, not just where the coils are. In fact, you can't tell where the coils are because the whole pan heats evenly. I am 71 years-old and I have had approximately 5 electric fry pans in the past. This one is the very BEST. I highly recommend it.

Great size and heavy duty

My husband got this me last year.It is amazing.can cook so many things. Great for breakfast. Cook sausage, bacon, potatoes and eggs at the same time. Nonstick works great and cleanup is a breeze.

Excellent Skillet

I have owned this skillet for about 2 years. It is wonderful! It heats perfectly and evenly. I use it to make scalloped potatoes. The potatoes turn out perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone without hesitation.
