Dissatisfied

I got an email saying product was delivered but yet I never received it. Called Macys to report but was not satisfied with the outcome. First the customer service seemed untrained and clueless. Then I was promised three times for a refund. Never happened. That’s very misleading on Macys path. I’m done shopping from them👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
