Poor stitching

The printing is bright and the picture is perfect but white thread stitching on turquoise material really stands out. Stitches are all crooked and if you sew you'll immediately see tension on the thread way off which resulted on a messy stitch, I tried to pull and trim on stitch that was crocked and sticking out but had no luck. Stitching is on the front straps and waist straps. Had purchased one for myself and another was a birthday gift but sadly returning both.
