Ripped off

The napkins are actually very nice. My problem is that I paid a lot for expedited shipping to make sure they got here before Christmas. Not only did they not get here before Christmas it was a few days after. Never heard a word from anyone. They simply kept the money! And the delivery fee wasn’t cheap!
