Excellent American Tourister Luggage.
Hardside 20 in carry on spinner
This is my first hard side luggage piece and sadly there’s just not enough room in it. I like to fly with carry-on only and you lose malleability with these heart side suitcases. Also don’t like that there are no outer zip pockets.

Poor zipper quality
Bought this for my daughter and the zipper hung up as she was opening it straight out of the box! Needless to say we are taking it back. Hope Macys doesn’t simply repack it to fulfill the next order. Other than that deal breaker, I loved the color, texture and weight.

This bag was purchased black Friday 2023 and has been my go to for traveling. It’s lightweight, smooth wheels, and has been sturdy enough to support my 115 lbs weight when i’m sitting on it while waiting in airport security haha. it was perfect for a 3.5 week through Asia and can fit 4 packing cubes
