Poor presentation

The earrings were great however they arrived in a box via DoorDash delivery several days late and were left out in the open. The earrings in the packing box were in a small plastic bag. Not great presentation. The product great, the rest Macy's needs to make more effort.

No gift box included?

I bought these earrings as a gift. They’re pretty and quite expensive. I was surprised that they came in a plastic bag along with a cheap looking fabric pouch. To give them as a gift I will have to purchase a little box for them. I really don’t mind - the earrings are pretty. But I was surprised at the way they were packaged. It seemed very cheap on Macy’s part since jewelry is usually purchased as gifts.
