Beautiful bracelet, very bad closure

I like the look of this bracelet, but box lock clasp closure poorly made. I was not able to unlock the closure after I put it on my wrist. Need my husband to help me. Almost damaged my wrist by trying to unlock it. I returned it. It is impossible to use.
