Notification

I received 2 of the 3 items on this order. The earrings were to have arrived yesterday. NO NOTICE WAS SENT STATING IT WOULD BE ANOTHER WERK. I wasn’t sure if they were forgotten or lost or whatever. This was my first mail order with Macys and I am not at all impressed with your lack of notification about shipping or delays. I obviously cannot rate the product. Only your service

Beautiful Earrings

Happy with my purchase. I was a little bit concerned after reading some reviews but I’m glad I still went ahead and got them. Just make sure that when getting them out of the box or putting them on to move the back levers down.

False Email

I purchased 2 pair of earrings and had them shipped to the store, I receive an email telling me that I needed to pick up my order by today which is the 4th of July but, when I went to pick the order up I was told only part of my order was available and I couldn't take the partial item I had to wait until the other item was available so, what was the purpose of sending me an email in the first place. This is totally unsatisfactory. Why am I wasting my time to pick up a purchase only to be told that I needed to wait for the other item.

back wire is very bendable and looks like it will easily break off. am returning. save your money or buy something better.
