Backings too loose- lost earring

These are very cute (bigger than expected) and look great paired with the small studs. Unfortunately, the backings were very loose on the post and I lost one of the earrings. This is not the quality I expect as a frequent Ana Luisa customer and I should have returned them as soon as I got them but I was excited to wear them.
