never order from this seller!

Never order from this seller! I've been a happy Macy's shopper for last over 10 years, until now! very disappointed! I ordered 3 same dresses in different sizes through Macy's. I needed the dress for my daughter's first communion. but this dress is not pure white, more like ivory color. so I returned all the dresses to Macy's store and got a receipt with tracking number on it.I tracked the dresses and they were returned to the seller on March 4. but I haven't received my refund on Match 15! I went to nearby Macy's store to ask about it. of course they could not do anything about it! Then I called Macy's customer service on March 12, and talked with 2 person. I was told that they contacted with the seller, and they were gonna call me back by Friday! This afternoon, Friday March 15,I called Macy's customer service,wasted another 50 minutes and 41 seconds. spoke with 3 person, including supervisor. I was told to wait for another 5 days! it's the worst online shopping experience!
