Perfect!
Yes this item runs small. I a big chested and went up a size. Fits perfect. Material is soft. Pockets are functional and length is good and hits mid thigh. The choice of buttons is not all that great but I won't let that ruin what a great coat this is. Super happy!!
Bad placement of pockets
Nice material but the pockets are at an odd spot and flare when jacket is closed adding unnecessary weight in abdomen. Also mine was defective in that the marking of where 1 pocket was going to be was left in white
Coat sizing not right!
I expected Anne Klein to be a good quality coat for the price. Fabric and color were right on the mark, but sizing completely off. I went up a size (based on other reviews) to a 12. Still, I could not even button the coat - way too tight! Disappointed as I've always liked Anne Klein apparel.
Beautiful coat
Lovely, shapely coat with a few caveats. There are eight buttons pictured but this coat actually only has six. It’s missing the very top row of buttons. I would have preferred it to look just like the picture. The warm gold lions head buttons are interesting and sophisticated, not cheap at in my opinion. The fabric is soft and warm and feels quality but it collects lint like crazy, much worse than other similar coats I’ve owned. This might be from the wool content. Overall I am happy and like the cut and buttons enough to buy it in another color.
Beautiful coat with some cheap manufacturing
This is a beautiful coat that is cozy, extremely soft and a great length to keep warm. However, two buttons fell off the day I got it. You're handy and can reenforce the buttons, great. If not, take it somewhere where they can do that so you don't lose buttons.
The buttons!
When I ordered this coat the photos of the buttons were blurred so that they looked like basic brass. Once it arrived I didn't bother trying it on because the buttons are cheap and garish looking and returned the coat.
So versatile
This coat makes me feel put together no matter where I go. I can wear it to work or out on the weekend, and it makes every outfit more polished!
A Beautiful Coat
when I read other reviews I was a little hesitant to purchase this coat. the fabric is so lovely and soft. I completely disagree that the buttons look cheap, They are designer quality and they are so nice and I am just thrilled with my purchase. I love the coat, it fits beautifully and this is a classic that I will wear forever.
