RUNS SMALL FOR WIDE LEGS

The quality seems ggo, but the size is off. I thought for a wide leg it would notbe form fitting, but was. Besides the fit beiing off, i was very dissatisfied, the product came from a store not a warehouse, it was poorly packed, wrinkled and had spots on it.
