size too small

This blouse is very nice but the size runs small. Ordered a Large as I always do but it's very small . Need XL but won't let me exchange 😕

I bought a large my true size this blouse tight at the bottom, I can’t take it back for an XL they won’t exchange because it is a Last Act a beautiful blouse
