Where is my dress?

Wish I could give this dress a fair review but it hasn’t arrived yet! I ordered it 10 days ago and I’m still waiting. I am a loyal Macy’s customer and I generally love all my purchases but their shipping and delivery services are horrible! In this day and age it shouldn’t take so long for a purchase to arrive.
