Beautiful but strange fit

This is a beautiful blouse. However the bottom of the blouse is too narrow for my hips so it doesn't fit properly. I even got this in 2 different sizes and there was no difference in blouse bottom. For people with narrow hips this is a winner but sadly not for me.
