Anne Klein Watch

I wish i could give a 5 star review. All i wanted was this watch. It was NEVER received despite saying it was delivered. When i contacted customer service i got no help at all. One of the reps actuallu told me he would send out a replacement at no charge since i already paid for it once. It was never resent and i paid a lot of $ for NOTHING! Someone is running around with a watch i paid for. Makes me very angry at customer service.
