need to return the watch

Although the watch is so very pretty, and I do like it, I have to return it to Macy's store at the Boulevard Mall in Amherst, NY since the watch DOES NOT work!!! Why would you send me a watch that doesn't run? Thank you, EE WILLIAMS

Delighted with my purchase

The watch is even better looking than the picture and more than I hoped for. I don't like to wear watches but this one looks like a nice trendy bracelet on your wrist. I wish there were more colors offered, I would buy a few more in different colors.
