More like a coat than blazer

I bought this thinking it would be a cute alternative as a blazer, but it’s a bit heavy for a blazer, no pockets, and hangs very open due to no closure or even belt. I bought both colors and will be returning both. Size 2 was ok alternative to a PS or P4.
