What happened to the quality???

I ordered these shoes 2 years ago and I loved them. This time I felt like I was walking on rocks. I’m not sure the cause of the discomfort but I loved the height and color of this shoe. I will probably return them.

Size too big

I received the shoes and tried them on. I think they were size "8" because they did not fit like the pair I had that I wanted to replace. There was no size indicated but I ordered 7.5 med width. I bought some inner soles and heel cushions and they are wearable. I don't buy much over the internet because of this situation that occurs.

shoe ran big.

Shoes arrived when expected and in good condition. Unfortunately, they seem to run big. I ordered my regulare size 7 1/2 M. Toe box was comfortable, but I couldn't walk in them without walking out of them. I could put my finger in the space behind my heel at the back of the shoe.

Not a good fit

I have 5 pairs of very comfortable Anne Klein shoes, but these are not comfortable so I will return them.
