Horrible Fit & Uncomfortable

I feel in love with the shoes as I removed them out of the box. Loved the look & that they were not narrow. Wore them to work and had blisters and the metal part on the shoe hurt incredibly on the side of my foot. I was so upset with the poor fit and quality that I contacted Anne Klein directly...never heard back from them. Last Anne Klein purchase I will make. I'm hoping Macys will take them back since I have worn them.

nice shoes

Some people wrote here that they ran too large, so I listened to them and ordered 6.5 instead of 7. I wish I didn't do it, they fit sizes correct. When I returned this pair they didn't have 7 anymore.

too big

I love the metallic nude color. the support is good however, these flats are a little to big. I would love to keep them. would suggest sizing down when you buy these.

First time upset with Macy's! Shoes USED&DIRTY

I'm very disappointed with this purchase and with Macy's. Anne Klein's work is good. EXCEPT the shoes were shipped from the Macy's Mall in Columbia MD. The shoes are badly worn, with the soles black from wearing, the shoebox is all severely damaged. And the employees haven't even taken out the previous customer's return label, some person from Glenwood, MD. BAD WORK Macy's from Columbia, MD. Bad work! The shoes are on discount - yes. But it doesn't mean you should send such poor-condition goods to another customer!! I wouldn't wear them for $4 not mentioning $43. If I could attach photos, i'd show you. Tomorrow I'll go to Herald Square to return and show them to the manager.

Loved the look but not the fit

These are super cute and very comfortable until you start walking in which point they bow out in the middle. I ended up returning them but I kind of wish I'd kept them. The bowing in the middle seemed like it would get worse with wear.

Good looking shoes but hurt a lot!

I feel in love with the shoes as I removed them out of the box. Loved the look & that they were not narrow. Wore them on a trip to the mall for 3 hours & I had huge blisters and bleeding heels! It ripped off my skin & I had to wear flip flops for the next 5 days to recover my feet.. I so wanted to like them, but sad to say they are going back!

Great casual shoe

Great casual shoe. True to size and comfortable. I wear for casual mostly but have, upon occasion, worn to dinner, etc. style is right up there.
