Very nice

We ordered a set of "non-stick" anolon X cookware that did not meet the standard, but the Roaster was great.

Love this product!

I recently purchased this item and have used it once. The roast came out perfectly and cleanup, which I dreaded, was a breeze. I will return to buy more items once I throw out my old pots and pans!

I love it!!

This is the best roasting pan I have ever owned! Sturdy, great roasting rack, 2 meat forks and a baster/injector. Plus it is beautiful! Cleaned up easily, as advertised. I especially love that the handles are in a fixed position. That was a big problem with my last one. I hope to purchase more Angolan products.

A real workhorse

The roaster pan seems to be the perfect size and shape. It is a real workhorse in the kitchen. The removable rack is sturdy and the tools are also robust. As with all Anolon products it is easy to clean. It is large enough to not only cook an entire roast, but all the vegetables to go with it without crowding them. It is definitely worth adding to your Anolon collection.

Nice size and shape, Cleans EASILY !!

I wanted to roast some chickens and didn't have a roaster. After looking at so many, I chose this. Love the size and the shape. Wish it had a lid !! Beware, the handles, even with that protected thick coating, Get Hot ! Some pans I have for the stovetop have the same coating and don't get hot at all. The rack and the roaster clean so easily ! am really impressed with that. The first couple chickens needed longer to cook than expected. The third try I increased the heat to 375 and covered it with foil lightly draped. It worked great ! I think darker pans with a coating need a bit more heat than stainless steel . I would definitely recommend this brand. I haven't used the baster or the forks yet. They seem well made too.
