Pan scratched upon 2nd use

I was so excited to buy myself new cookware and new silicone utensils. I chose Analon for scratch resistant non stick surface. The cookware is very nice, however, upon my second use of the pan, it got scratched. With a paper towel I was wiping out some grease with panko bread crumb residue. Then I noticed the scratch. Very disappointed. Perhaps, I should have kept my old set of cookware, now I'm hesitant to use the Analon, for fear of more scratches when wiping them clean.

I struggle with cookware my

I struggle with cookware my husband cooks everything on high heat so I’m trying to reprogram him to medium heat and take care of my new cookware I love your cookware and I’m going to be 70 and I feel I deserve nice non stick cookware. I feel your cookware is the best I have ever had ❤️

Favorite frying pan!!

The sauté pan is nice but I absolutely LOVE this particular frying pan!! The size is perfect for smaller meals yet I’ve scrambled 8 eggs plus vegs so it’s not “small”. The rounded sides are so nice vs other pans w sharp 45° edges (sauté pan has 45° sides). Love the glass lid too and it fits both pans.
