Received a box full of cushion foam but no pan!!

I ordered a saucepan and waited nearly a week for delivery. When the box arrived, it felt unusually light. After opening it, I discovered there was no pan inside—just a box full of cushion foam. It felt like a scam. I even filmed a video while opening the box because I suspected something was off, and I was right. I wanted to include a video with this review but there’s no option. I still can’t believe Macy’s made such a mistake by not packing the item the customer ordered. The person who packed this box had one job and he/she failed. I ordered a pan because I needed a pan instead I got cushion foam! Although I received a refund, I was extremely disappointed. What a frustrating waste of time.

Wrong item sent

The description for this saucepan was wrong. It stated 7.12” H. That is the height of the Anolon saucepan I want to replace. What I got was about 2” shorter. Frustrated and disappointed - I’ve had a hard time finding a replacement, and I got my hopes up that I’d finally found one. What I got appears to be the item that comes with a set of Analon cookware. THEN I got a 25% coupon when another item, a coffee machine, I ordered sold out. But when I tried to use it on another twice as expensive coffee machine I got back that the item was excluded from the coupon. Much as I tried I couldn’t find the item among the long list of exclusions, unless it fits in the very broad “Select …home & kitchen items” category. A very bad experience with both items.

Scratched not dented

Love the pans, have a complete set.but needed the 2 quart pan in addition to the set. Upon opening the pan there is a spot on the exterior that is scratched up. Hopefully it will not mar the exterior with usage of the pan.

2Quart Straining Saucepan

A really great addition to my Anolon pot & pan selection. This is kind of a lighter weight and perfect for steaming veggies. I love it!

Ok pot. Good quality

The pot is nice but the straining lid can’t keep steam in by turning the lid around.
