LOVE LOVE LOVE my Anova Sous Vide!

The Anova sous vide cooker is so easy to use and makes the best food. We have tried chicken and steak (filet, rib eye and NY) and it comes out perfectly every time! I highly suggest purchasing this product. You won't be disappointed.

Ribeyes came out delicous..!!

So far we are very pleased with the results that we get with the Anova Sous Vide. Highly recommend, plus its easy to use. The steaks are soft and juicy.

Great Idea, but...

So far, I only made lamb chops and a skirt steak with this cooker. The steak was the most tender steak of this kind I ever made. The lampb chops were a bit on the rare side because I couldn't find instructions for loin lamb chops that weren't doctored with sauces and spices I don't like. otherwise they were tender and delicious. On the downside, Could not find a comparison between this cooker and the professional version. The instructions and the recipies are woefully lacking? The cooker says they offer 1000 recipies. Really? Where? The support via web or app is pathetic.
