Disappointing

This is a very awesome ride on. I bought for my two-year old grandsons birthday. Unfortunately after putting it fully together we were missing major pieces to make this fully functional. After reaching out to the manufacturer they responded with a email recommending we reach out to our local hardware store for the pieces. ( no hardware store would carry this special plastic clips) I was shocked ! What great costumer service. I was then given the choice of disassembling it & returning for a refund. I also reached out to Macy's but was told basically they have nothing to do this these products even though they sell them on their Macy's website. My grandson is so obsessed with this they decided to keep it and are currently using zip ties to make it work. It's great if you get all the pieces. If not, not so much !
