This is the second review

This is the second review I’ve written. No reply from you on the first one. My membrane housing wrench is too big on the ID, or the housing is too small on its OD. Wrench just slips on the housing. It doesn’t grip it enough to turn it.

APEC R/O membrane

This is my first replacement filter and a "residue" floats on top of the water in the cup. I'm not sure what this is. The water taste is ok but it doesn't seem as "tasteless'' as I would expect. The residue also remains constant after many cups of water has been dispensed. I'm not going to change the whole system but hope that future filters will be different. Or perhaps it's the natural sediment from filters.

Instantly Clogged

I replaced the old unit and apparently I should have flushed out the water line, which I did not know and the new membrane clogged within 5 gallons. I’m disappointed that I have to purchase another one now. . IDK .
