Bad filter

My water was not coming out after replacing filters. While trouble shooting I determined that the Stage 5 filter was clogged. This was determined my isolating water flow from the tank to the Stage 5 filter with only a small amount of water flowing through. I had to purchase another Stage 5 filter to replace the clogged one.

Water is not clear

Don't like the cloudy and bubbles in water before clearing in a few minutes. This has been going on for about 10 days! Other than that everything is fine.

Great Clean Water Product!

I was tired of buying bottled water and lugging it up stairs. I decided to buy a water filter system for home, scoped out APEC as one of the better unites based systems on reviews and construction. This seems like a real company who does this for a living. After install, water was amazing! I smell ! No after taste. Have had the system for a while now, almost 3 years. I decided to change the filters cause I could my water quality was changing. New filters and back to perfect water!!! I decided to do a calculation on buying the water filter and using it for three years VS buying bottled water, no comparison, buying the water filter was a way better deal money wise! And may I add no lugging water bottles!

Do you like drinking sand?

For the first maybe 40-ish gallons of water through the PH stage I had a sand-like material in my glass. Contacted support a couple of times, no response. Maybe time to start thinking about a new solution.

Usually great quality

One of the stage two filters was damaged in the package, looks like it was from the manufacturer process. This is the first time I’ve had something not right with this company. Used this filter for 8 plus years now and it’s always been great products.

Yes I give it FIVE STARS, the set that you me mention along with a set of four filters are in safe for future use, just in case they are harder to get in future. I have ALWAYS been very happy with this unit and definitely recommend it. APEC has always done a very good job.

Amazing water, taste is perfect. Kids love it, I love it.

Very easy to replace the existing filters. Took about an hour. The water taste is so perfect with the new set I'll make sure to do this annually now.
